DELIVERY INFORMATION

Each gift box is wrapped with care by us kind folks at The Kind Twine Co Towers. 

Delivery fees to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are a flat rate of €4.95 (tracked service).

Delivery to the UK is at a flat rate of €9 (Untracked service). 

Delivery fee is added at checkout.

If you're located in Wicklow Town, Ireland and you'd like to collect the gift, please enter "COLLECTWICKLOW" at checkout to disable shipping fees. 

We are constantly reviewing our delivery costs and working to get the best rate for you. 

Delivery is available Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).

We understand that you'd like to have the gift box delivered to the recipient as soon as possible. Orders placed Monday - Friday will usually be processed and dispatched that same day, if not within 24 hours. That is our promise to you. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday morning.

If, during a busy period, there will be a delay in dispatch and processing, this will be notified to you before checkout. 

If you would like the order processed and dispatched for delivery at a date in the future, just email us on hello@kindtwine.com immediately after the order (with the order number in the title of the email) and we will arrange this. 

Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times below are calculated from the time of dispatch.

  • Republic of Ireland: 1-2 business days
  • Northern Ireland: 2-3 business days
  • UK: 3-5 business days

(Orders within the Republic of Ireland are normally delivered next working day). 

Please note that the above delivery times may vary. 

We use a variety of couriers to ensure the fastest and safest delivery of your gift box. We do strive to get your order processed and delivered as soon as possible however there may be circumstances outside our control which may delay delivery (e.g. extreme weather conditions).

Orders can be sent by same or next day delivery at your request - just email hello@kindtwine.com and we can quote and arrange this.

We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries by third party couriers. Once your order has been updated to shipped status, please check your tracking information. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - DELIVERY

What information do I need to provide for delivery to a home address?

Please include the recipient's name, full address and contact phone number. Please also include your own name, address and phone number in case we need to contact you. If you want to personalise your message please include the details in the message box at checkout.

Does the recipient need to be home for delivery of the gift box?

No. If the recipient is not home, the courier company will leave the gift box in a safe place outside the door. If there is no safe spot, delivery will be attempted again the next working day. Please provide any additional delivery instructions in the message box on checkout (e.g. behind letterbox).

What details do I need to provide when delivering to a hospital or hospice?

Before choosing to send to the hospital/hospice, please ensure that they accept deliveries for patients. We cannot be held responsible for the gift not reaching the recipient if the hospital does not allow personal deliveries. We will get confirmation of delivery to the hospital or hospice, but cannot be held responsible for the parcel once it has been signed for by the reception or mail room.

Please be sure to include the hospital/hospice's name, the recipients 'check-in' name, ward and room number. Please check the estimated delivery times above to ensure the recipient will not have checked out of hospital before the gift box is expected to be delivered. The Kind Twine Co takes no responsibility should the recipient check out prior to the expected delivery date. 

What details do I need to provide when delivering to a business address?

Please be sure to include the company name, recipients' name and if delivery is to be sent to reception or the delivery dock.

Can the delivery status of my order be tracked online?

Yes. Once your order has been completed we will email you a tracking number so you can track the delivery online and, if you're sending it directly to the recipient, see when they receive the gift. Please be sure to enter the correct details in the delivery address section.

Let us know if you have any issues tracking the parcel and we can contact the courier company on your behalf to help locate it. 

What happens if I supply the wrong address?

The Kind Twine Co takes no responsibility if you provide the wrong delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you do notice you provided the wrong address and we will do what we can to assist and help locate the gift box.

Can gift hampers be delivered outside Ireland & the UK?

Yes- we plan to extend the countries we ship to as standard in the future. In the meantime, please email us on hello@kindtwine.com before ordering with details of the country you wish to ship to and we will get back to you with a quote for delivery and delivery times.  Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries outside Ireland and Northern Ireland are untracked. 

Is an invoice or receipt sent with the hamper?

No. The receipt is emailed to the buyer straight after the purchase of the gift box. The person you're sending the gift to won't see any invoice or details of payment. 

What if the gift box does not arrive?

We do everything we can to make sure your packages are delivered safely to you or the recipient. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur. We will work hard to locate you care package and resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience and understanding when these (very rare) instances do occur.
