Here are answers to some common queries about The Kind Twine Co. Send any other questions you have to hello@kindtwine.com and we'll be happy to answer them. 

How quickly will my order be processed?

We understand that you'd like to have the gift box delivered to the recipient as soon as possible. Orders placed Monday - Friday will usually be processed and dispatched that same day, if not within 24 hours. This is our promise to you. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday morning.

If, during a busy period, there will be a delay in dispatch and processing, this will be notified to you before checkout. 

If you would like the order processed and dispatched for delivery at a date in the future, just email us on hello@kindtwine.com immediately after the order (with the order number in the title of the email) and we will arrange this. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

We use a secure payment gateway (powered by Shopify). We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards, and Paypal. We can also accept bank transfers if you prefer to pay that way - please email hello@kindtwine.com and we can arrange. 

Does the recipient see the name of the gift box or care package?

No, the gift box care package names are for website ordering purposes only. So, for example, the recipient will not know from the packaging whether you have chosen "New Mum Essentials" or "Happy Mama, Happy Baba".

Do you create bespoke/build your own gift boxes?

Yes! We love working with customers to create special, individual gift boxes for specific people or occasions. Just email us on hello@kindtwine.com with details and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

We also work with other businesses to create gifting solutions. Please get in touch with details of your requirements. 

What if the care package doesn’t look exactly like the one in the picture?

We work with small, independent businesses. Sometimes a particular product/flavour/fragrance won’t be available. We reserve the right to substitute products in your gift box with other, similar products which are always of equal or greater value. We only want your recipient to be completely satisfied with their gift. 

What about being kind?

We are extremely passionate about giving back to our community in various ways. We plan to support various registered charities. We will update you on our progress in this important aspect of the business.
